Questions about health food jelly products

Where do you eat them?

Our stick jellies offer excellent portability, and can be eaten easily without water at home or outside of the home.

When is the most effective time to eat them?

The jellies are food products; unlike medicine, there is no time specification for eating them.
You can eat them whenever you like to suit your daily routine.

How do you eat them?

Cut the top off to open the pack.
Gently push out the contents and eat them straight out of the pack or after transferring the jelly to a bowl.
The jellies are even more delicious when chilled.
*Chew well to prevent choking.
*Be careful when opening the pack, as juice may squirt out.

Is it more effective to eat a lot of jelly?

These jellies are not necessarily more effective when eaten in larger quantities at one time.
Rather than eating a large quantity at once, it is more important to continue eating them over a long period of time.

Can I eat them if I am taking medication?

It is not generally a problem, as the jellies are a type of food, but they may not be suitable for combining with certain medications.
To ensure your safe consumption of the jellies, we recommend consulting your doctor or pharmacist first.

What is a food with nutrient function claims?

A food with nutrient function claims is a food product used to supplement certain required nutrients (vitamins or minerals) that cannot be acquired sufficiently from regular meals. The food is labeled with the nutrient function claim.

Questions about adhesives

After applying Aron Alpha®, the area around the adhesive turns white.

After applying the adhesive, it is common for the area to turn white, known as “whitening.” This whitening is the result of some of the adhesive spreading into the air before curing and hardening in the air, turning to a fine white powdery resin that sticks to the area around it. The following are some guidelines for
preventing this effect:
(1) Do not apply too much adhesive.
(2) Use a faster grade adhesive.
(3) Blow air over the spot for adhesion to let the vapor escape.
Alternatively, you can use a special-purpose curing accelerator to induce instantaneous curing and prevent whitening.
Do not hesitate to consult us for details on more countermeasures.

Aron Alpha® is not sticking. Even if it does stick, it comes off soon after.

Aron Alpha® does not stick to materials such as fluorine resin, polyimide, or PPS (polyphenylene sulfide).
A special-purpose surface preparation agent is needed when using it on materials such as glass, silicon rubber, polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyacetal.
The adhesive strength of Aron Alpha® increases with time. If a load is applied immediately after application, it will detach before it has set or will have a lower final strength. Please give it enough time to cure after application.
If you contact us with details about the adhesion material or other conditions, we can select the appropriate adhesive.

It takes a long time for Aron Alpha® to cure.

Aron Alpha® hardens by reacting with moisture in the air or on the adhered surface. Applying too much will result in a long reaction time and prevent it from hardening. In general, highly viscous products tend to have a thicker adhesive layer that takes longer to cure. Hardening should be improved by adjusting the amount of adhesive used to create a thinner adhesion layer whenever possible.
Curing rates vary by grade even with products of the same viscosity. If you want a product with a different curing rate from the instantaneous adhesive you are currently using, please contact a sales representative.

I want to remove Aron Alpha® I have applied.

Cured Aron Alpha® can be dissolved with Aron Hagashi, a special purpose liquid adhesive remover sold by Toagosei Co., Ltd. (the manufacturer of Aron Alpha®).
Please note, however, that Aron Hagashi may dissolve or degrade the materials bonded to the adhesive as well. Please confirm before your purchase.
For temporary tacking, there are Aron Alpha® products for tacking that dissolve easily with solvent. *The Aron Alpha 100 series (e.g. 101) does not dissolve with Aron Hagashi.

The spot for adhesion will become very hot. Will the high temperature affect Aron Alpha®?

Regular Aron Alpha® can withstand temperatures up to about 80°C. (Aron Alpha® 911T5 can withstand temperatures of over 100°C.)
Even within this temperature range, the adhesive may come off depending on differences in thermal expansion with the adhered material, when applied to material with high thermal expansion.
